Founding partner of Group Itzae Technical Management SL, PMI Eco-Promoción SL, Founding partner, Gestec Santa Catalina SL Co-founder GESTEC MALLORCA. Luis been involved in more than 60 promotions with close to 3,000 homes and has managed more than 130 million in recruitment of work. After 20 years in the international market he turned his attention to real estate and for the past 20 years has specialised in implementing the protocols of quality management.
Antonio Luengo Civil Engineer o (Polytechnic University of Madrid, 1984) Master AD in Business Management (San Telmo Institute). Director of the Spanish multinational Ferrovial Agroman S.A. in Valencian Community, Eastern Andalusia and in the Balearic Islands. Technical Director of different companies, dependent on the public administration, linked to the urbanism. Managing partner, Gestec Santa Catalina SL Co-founder of GESTEC MALLORCA. Antonio has more than 30 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, the construction of public and private buildings and has managed budgets in excess of 250 million euros.

On June 29th of 2017, the building license was requested from the City Council. Their administrative services have named the license with the number CN2017 / 4252. 

The processing of the Project of Services Endowment has been initiated, caused by the change of alignment by the City of Palma of Miquel Rossello Alemany Street.

The sale of the apartments is being completed, being 95% of the total.

We hope to have the construction license by the end of January or beginning of February 2018, and start of the construction works by early march 2018.
