Colubi/Monterrey – Santa Catalina

Santa Catalina is a historic fishing quarter lined with one and two storey traditional homes that even today are still a familiar sight. Other characteristic features are the typical terraces, the facades with their Majorcan blinds and balconies shaded from the heat of the sun by the hallmark white curtains.  The principal attractions include the municipal market as well as the quarter’s two most traditional streets that throng with local life: Calle Sant Magí and the pedestrianised Calle Fàbrica. Two excellent starting points from which to explore this district and eventually discover our new development.

Features such as high ceilings, visible wooden beams and open, light-filled spaces with designer kitchens are all part of the concept behind this new promotion. The homes will be built on two floors and will also boast a sun terrace. Each home will have its own multi-functional space on the sun terrace area.
