Monterrey, 38

Monterrey, 38

Completed development

Santa Catalina is a district with an innate capacity to transport us back to the late 19th century whilst at the same time offering all the benefits of 21st century living thanks to its modern, urban and cosmopolitan businesses, as well as avant-garde restaurants and bars. The latest trends in art and design are reflected in many of the quarter’s properties.

Santa Catalina is one of Palma’s most traditional districts and is rich in local character and flavour, with its own instantly-recognisable identity and a cosmopolitan, almost unruly, rebellious spirit that puts this quarter in a category all of its own.

And it is precisely this character that inspired us to convert Monterrey 38 into a modern and functional building housing ten 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes featuring terraces on the ground floors and penthouses with sun terraces. There is also a parking area and storage spaces on the building’s ground floor.

Completed July 2013.
